Wash with Bare Envy's Skin Rescue Soap for a gentle but effective non-irritating clean.  You can so easily aggravate psoriasis and eczema right off the bat from just cleansing if you do not chose the right soap as most soaps have harsh chemicals that can flare up skin conditions as soon as it touches your skin. 

If you like taking a bath daily, pour some of the Skin Rescue Bath & Body Oil under the running tap water and allow your body to soak in this formulation. When you get out of the tub pay dry and apply the Skin Rescue Body Butter . You can also apply the Bath oil to dry skin when needed as well as the Body Butter.
